Kotchakorn Voraakhom (TH)
Landscape architect, CEO and Founder of LANDPROCESS and Porous City Network
Voraakhom is a pioneering Thai landscape architect renowned for her expertise in designing public spaces that address the climate crisis in dense urban environments. She led the creation of Bangkok's first critical green infrastructure project, Chulalongkorn Centenary Park, and has since brought her vision to life through several groundbreaking works, including the Thammasat Urban Farm Rooftop—Asia’s largest urban farming green roof—and the Chao Phraya Sky Park, the world’s first bridge park spanning a river in a capital city. Her trailblazing work has earned her the UN Global Climate Action Award, Women for Results. Voraakhom served as a member of the Global Commission on Nature Positive Cities with the World Economic Forum. She is a Chairwoman of the Climate Change Working Group for the International Federation of Landscape Architects. (IFLA World) Recognized globally, Voraakhom was listed in TIME 100 Next—a prestigious list of rising stars shaping the future—and featured by TIME, CNN, The Guardian, and The New York Times. She has become a leading voice in the fight against climate change, named to TIME's list of "15 Women Fighting Climate Change," BBC 100 Women, and Bloomberg's Green 30 in 2020. Voraakhom has played a pivotal role in advancing nature-based solutions on the global stage, particularly from COP26 to COP29. A TED Fellow and an educator at prestigious institutions such as Harvard, UPenn, and Washington University in St. Louis, Voraakhom holds an Honorary Doctorate in Landscape Architecture from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences. As a passionate advocate for landscape-based solutions, she is committed to enhancing urban resilience worldwide and inspiring the next generation of designers to create innovative, sustainable solutions that address the climate challenges of now and the future.

Jens Richter (DE)
Architect, office director and partner Herreros Arquitectos
Jens Richter joined Herreros Arquitectos in 2006 where he was appointed Office Director in 2010 after practicing architecture in in Germany, the Netherlands, and China. His professional background in diverse cultural contexts soon made him a key part of the firm, focusing on the development of complex international projects such as the new Munch Museum in Oslo before becoming Partner of estudioHerreros at its foundation in 2014. Jens has been an Assistant Professor at AKH Kassel, Germany, and Visiting Professor at the Sichuan Institute of Fine Arts in Chongqing, China; the Central Academy of Fine Arts in Beijing, China; and most recently at Aalto University in Helsinki, Finland.

Siri Lundestad (NO)
Architect, Partner Transborders studio
Siri has extensive experience in analysis and concept development, regulation, project development and detailing. She is the responsible partner and project manager for Nansenløkka, Norway's largest climate-neutral residential area with a focus on innovative solutions related to social sustainability and the environment. Her strength lies in the implementation of projects in relation to holistic thinking and concept. Siri has broad experience and expertise in neighborhoods, varied housing forms and community solutions, as well as experience with government processes, regulation and the Planning and Building Act.

Rainer Stange (NO)
Landscape architect MNLA, partner Bokemo and professor in landscape at AHO
Rainer Stange is a landscape architect, partner at Bokemo, and professor of landscape architecture at the Institute of Urbanism and Landscape at the Oslo School of Architecture and Design. Through more than 35 years of practice, he has gained extensive experience as a project manager for the largest landscape architecture projects in the country. He sees the big picture and can be described as imaginative and ambitious. Rainer is a high-profile landscape architect on radio and television and has given numerous lectures and presentations at home and abroad. He is a regular columnist for Arkitektur.

Therese Øijord Rustad (NO)
Architect, City architect Askim kommune
Therese Øijord Rustad is educated at Bergen School of Architecture and Cooper Union. She has experience as a project architect, and since 2018 she has been employed as a city architect in former Askim, now Indre Østfold municipality. Therese Øijord Rustad has broad knowledge of urban and local development and public administration.

Mansoor Hussain (NO)
Politician and Urbanist
Mansoor Hussain is a Norwegian politician and urbanist. He previously worked in the Oslo government and is now an advisor at a lobby and PR-agency called Storm Samfunn. There he works with several of the biggest developers, architects, and names in urban planning in Oslo and Norway. Hussain's experience encompasses various sectors of the Oslo city government. His most recent political role was as the political advisor to the governing mayor of Oslo, where he focused on urban development and planning. Prior to this, he served as the political advisor to the deputy mayor responsible for business and public ownership, as well as to the deputy mayor responsible for health and elderly care. He has also served as a former member of the Oslo City Council, where he was involved in the standing committee on urban development.

Oda Ellensdatter Solberg - Substitute member (NO)
Architect, partner Sol-Is architects, Head of the Oslo Association of Architects
Oda Ellensdatter Solberg is an architect and runs Sol-Is architects together with Mari Isdahl. She also works with urban development and strategies for new housing models as a project manager at Natural State. Until the summer of 2025, she is also the head of the Oslo Association of Architects.
