WOFT is a proposal that aims to develop different routes that join the borders among the elements that compose Haugesund and allow discovery along these places; a series of journeys where different qualities and goals can play out. This layering scheme allows integration in different scales and its application gradually on time. WOFT is the interaction between the public space while at the same time the natural environment is complemented. WOFT integrate into the routes the Activators, activity catalysts and centrality generators, which will define new traces within the island and improve the quality of their spaces in a different way. The activators are the new program required to enhance the routes and create new Destinations for Risøy, starting from the breathing heart of Risøy Salon.
