ROA 3-5-1 is a strategy for ROA, consisting of 3 public initiatives, 5 private initiatives, and 1 public investment. The strategic approach is about the municipality provides predictability and priorities, the private sector contributes financially and with feasibility, and the residents contribute with engagement. ROA 3-5-1 contributes to achieving Lunner Municipality’s sustainability goals and national expectations regarding sustainable urban development, coordinated land-use and transport planning, and public health by establishing a centrally located and engaging meeting place. Collaboration between the public sector, private sector, and residents is required to contribute to local value creation. As Lunner Municipality itself states: «Together we create the future!»
