Imagine Risoy as an iconic island for cultural events. Imagine Risoy as the Haugesund green Lung. Imagine Risoy as a place for sharing moments of life, a place to meet, a place to party. Imagine Risoy as a place to walk, to bike to sail. Imagine Risoy as a place to watch the shipyard works. Imagine Risoy as a place to enjoy the sun, the trees, the sea, the birds, the colorful housing and yard sheds, the view over the seas. Imagine Risoy as a place where the small scale for living welcome the largest international scale for exchanges. Risoy is all of this already it just needs to be enhanced!
