PV836 - TRONDHEIM MUSEUMS BEYOND WALLS BERGKRYSTALLEN

This museum proposal for Trondheim focuses on a design that re-sources the former parking garage into a connected cultural space. The architectural massing reflects the city’s gabled roofscape and draws from the idea of a “bergkrystal.” Elevated gallery volumes emerge from the base structures to form a new public arena. The design aligns with nearby landmarks and city routes, creating a continuous flow through the site. A central cultural spine acts as the main circulation and connects interior and exterior spaces.
