Enjoy Risøy
As the anthropologist Ulf Hannerz once said: “the city is a place where you find one thing, while looking for another”. RisØy has great potential. This island could become a freetime wonderland. The design interventions follow this nature with the aim of connecting a set of old and new functions with more chillin' paths that will capture the imagination of all ages. In this way, the distinctive features of the island will be related and highlighted. The intent of the project is to improve the quality of life by increasing the points of attraction, the activities but above all by greening the island with a strategic design.With this proposal we’ve basically tried to add to RisØy the sense of unpredictability and wonder that every city should have. What’s more? Take your time.... ENJOY-RISØY
