The trojan is an intervention to restore the original idea of the city plan from 1846. With simple additions to the existing atmosphere, the project proposes a strategic plan to revitalize the centre of Levanger - an addition to the city plan gives priority to pedestrians and cyclists. At the end of the axis, a new library will become the new community gathering place, while at the same time being the stepping stone to the next development phase.
