Project:
SKRINET

XD002 - TRONDHEIM SKRINET
SKRINET transforms Leuthenhaven’s old parking garage into Trondheim’s new cultural heart. Inspired by Saint Olav’s shrine, it holds not relics but ideas and community spirit. Three wings encircle a sunken garden, echoing lost green spaces and symbolizing learning, gathering, and exchange. Reused concrete and a copper roof tie heritage to modernity, while transparent sections connect visitors to city views. By blending art, life, and public space, SKRINET becomes both shrine and square—a vessel for Trondheim’s evolving identity.
