Metabolism of the elements
Our world is composed of all types of elements: they shape our environment, and they shape us. It ́s this complex system of interchange, connection and communication which we call life. But during the times we now name the Anthropocene, humans understood themselves as the most powerful shaping force the world has seen so far, with all the brutal effects of climate change now clearly visible. “Metabolism of Elements” proposes an alternative approach: by empowering the interchange and connectivity between all elements and humans & non-humans, “Metabolism of Elements” strengthens biodiversity and environment & social justice to create a human-sized and nature-friendly agglomeration for the 21st century.
