Project:
Levanger green is the new grey

The approach followed studying Levanger aims for a more livable, greener, healthier, and human-centered city. The vision targets spatial solutions for the city in the fields of accessibility, climate adaptation, socio-economic developments, and the major challenge of housing. Regaining the value of the place and the local identity by preserving and reviving urban and architectural elements with strong historical and landscape values. The proposal consists of mini hubs to filter cars and provide shared mobility services before entering the center, the main hub in the city center embraces the train station and provides cultural, educational, leisure, commercial activities, and services. This facilitates repurposing urban grey voids into greener spaces for community meetings and public use.
