RY298 - I LOVE KRØGENES
Aiming for a deep transformation of the industrial and low-density commercial area located in Krøgenes, a district near the Arendal municipality, this project suggests bringing in some of the elements found in its surroundings, such as nature, culture, density, hangout spots and more, focusing on bringing life and beauty to the site, allowing for citizens to say: I LOVE KROGENES.Behind the project lies the followed methodology to do so: the main land has been divided in 10 different areas, establishing a logical structure upon the existing urban and architectural trace, suggesting, therefore, strategies of action on each area, from three points of view: urban, scenic surroundings and archictectural.
