Levanger, a city born on the water, is being reshaped by this element. The imagined city is freed from the obsolete elements of modernity to rediscover potential synergies which have been stratified over time. The inhabitant has a central role as the protagonist of the new urban cycles and rhythms in symbiosis with the human and non-human infrastructures proposed in the project. These dynamics trace new spaces in the territory, discover ancient thresholds and reveal the importance of the landscape and domestic dimension. A holistic project that takes into account all urban dimensions and evolves over time and space. The direct or suspended relationship with the ground, the sea front and the articulation towards the sky mark the new vision of Levanger, city by the sea.
