The project proposes three scales of interventions: an infrastructure one-based on the reorganization of mobility and the naturalization of both water fronts (the sundet and the river) with a green ring that surrounds the city centre-, a local one- defined the implementation of multiple sources of interest to promote routes and add value to different points of the city, and a punctual one- focused on the conversion of the Park Axis into a green public space used for outdoor activities in nature and the creation of six different interventions that generate activity in the center of Levanger: an outdoor exhibition space, a street market, an outdoor scenario for events, the green park of Sejersteds and open-air swimming pools.
