Project:
Reversible

NV953 - NOME REVERSIBLE
Why are we not building a mountain?
The new mineral park holds vast potential as a hub for knowledge, innovation and a rethink of how we harvest resources. Instead of a tabula rasa, we embrace the debris mountain — a vertical landfill shaped by what we take and what we reuse. If we extract more, it grows; if we reuse more, it shrinks. This visible, evolving landmark reminds us to manage resources wisely and encourages innovation.
A phased, adaptive development ensures resilience in the face of an uncertain future: extended mining, new industries, or full restoration. The ultimate goal? That the mountain disappears and nature reclaims the site. By planning with purpose, awareness, and adaptability we refuse to start this industrial adventure off with a clean sheet.
