BX601 - COMMUNITY OF CARE
Community of care. Our proposal aims to reintroduce and strengthen the identity and character of Østmarka and fill it with life and community, while the nature areas are preserved and other species are allowed to thrive. The purpose is to create an inclusive, vibrant, well connected and safe community that counteracts the institutionalization of the area, based on cost-efficient rehabilitation of the existing buildings on the site, building new and affordable housing that fits the character of the landscape, as well as building a new nursing home that can serve the whole community.
