Project:
Circular shift
The CIRCULAR SHIFT is a visionary concept for the new Grensen neighbourhood, centered around sustainability, circularity, and climate protection, a hub that fosters collaboration and synergy among various stakeholders, encompassing circularity, environment, biodiversity, and the well-being of both human and non-human life. Located at the heart of the NTNU campus, it will serve as a testbed for sustainable circular innovations in the built environment. Overriding themes are living and working, but the heart of the district is the research hub. Entrepreneurs and researchers will have the opportunity to develop, test, collect data, and demonstrate their projects in close cooperation with governmental bodies and the public to drive meaningful change and accelerate the adoption of sustainable practices and innovations in the built environment.
