Cornerstone ceremony for E9 project
The cornerstone ceremony for the Europan 9 project "My Space" was held in Trondheim January 27. Minister Tora Aasland and mayor Rita Ottervik laid down the cornerstone of the student housing building designed by Spanish architects Erique Krahe, Juan Elvira and Clara Murado.
The building is planned to be completed in June 2011. It totals 5000 m2 and has rooms for 116 students sharing one kitchen. Developer is Studentsamskipnaden i Trondheim.
