Under the umbrella of Europan, 50 parallel architecture competitions are launched simultaneously in 13 European countries every 2 years.

There will be 5 sites in Norway: Larvik, Arendal, Karmøy and 2 sites in Trondheim.

Europan is tailored to help emerging practices enter the market, and to promote innovation in urban planning. Winners receive prize money and commissions worth up to 1 120 000 NOK.
